- This is not true. I know some Swedish company is running 20 MHz PIC
- microcontrollers at 70 MHz. They have to throw away some chips, but
- most work just fine. Of course, you can't run more complex CPU's
- that fast, but 2 x normal_clock is not a magical limit. You may not
- get that much or you may get much more. Depends on the chip type and
- your luck.
